Communication

Communication is the key to any successful relationship. At A&M Biomedical, we know how important it is to keep our customers informed at every stage of the project. With all of our personnel having been on the customer-side for many years, we know that you want to have access to as much information about the manufacture of your product as possible. We have built this requirement for regular communication and information sharing into our processes here at A&M.

Team approach

It is our philosophy at A&M Biomedical to approach the production of your device as a team. At the outset of each job, the customer is assigned an A&M Biomedical Project Manager who will guide the project from design transfer to delivery of finished goods. The Project Manager will be your primary point of contact and will be responsible for getting regularly planned input and approval from our Executive Management, RA/QA, Operations and Engineering. We value the different expertise, skill sets and perspectives each member of our team brings to the project. Shared input yields shared responsibility and commitment to the process. Moreover, we know that getting this input in a timely way is necessary to expedite the project to completion. Ultimately, this approach of getting input from the key parties upfront, as well as throughout the process, results in more efficiency, increased speed to market and better quality products for our customers.

Efficiency
Our team approach creates efficiencies for our customers. Unlike larger contract manufacturers, A&M Biomedical is a small organization with direct daily involvement of Executive Management. We have the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and changes as they arise, avoiding the time consuming and inefficient delays associated with larger organizations. A&M Biomedical employs a small, hands-on team for every project which includes the President of the company, Director of Operations, RA/QA Manager and Engineering.
Quality of Services

All of us here at A&M Biomedical have come from medical device companies. We are accustomed to the responsibilities of the finished device manufacturer and have an appreciation of the commitment to quality that device makers must have in order to produce the safest and most effective products. We also have a depth of knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements that come with the distribution of a medical device. This experience along with our commitment to communication and team approach, allows A&M to anticipate and better meet our customers’ requirements.
